She started off her career at Harry Norman, REALTORS® of Atlanta, and was able to blossom and grow with the company over many years and shifts in the market. Daniella’s experience has varied from working with individual agents to collaborating with management, overseeing office operations, and streamlining business processes. Her degree in advertising design was the backbone of developing a love for and enhancing real estate marketing on an independent contractor level and a corporate level. Daniella has well-established expertise in implementing operating procedures while improving internal workflow. Training and development have become her latest passion; nothing brings her more joy at work than seeing REALTORS® flourish in their business.
